Job Responsibilities :
1. Organic chemistry, polymer, fine chemical, OLED and other related chemical majors, those with organic synthesis experience are preferred;
2. Those with a certain amount of knowledge related to materials (especially electroluminescence and related knowledge) are preferred;
3. Have a basic understanding of organic synthesis and can skillfully complete the synthesis and purification of organic compounds and other related experimental operations;
4. Able to analyze various detection spectra and make clear and comprehensive analysis of experimental results 。
