On the morning of July 24, Xuan Jingquan, Chairman of Jilin Aolai De Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd., was invited to Anhui Province to attend an enterprise investment symposium chaired by Governor Wang Qingxian. Representatives from numerous companies, including Xianchu Energy, Lenovo Holdings, and Focus Media, also took part in the event, which was attended by Wang Dongwei, Executive Vice Governor of Anhui Province.
At the meeting, Governor Wang Qingxian stated that private enterprises have long been a vital pillar of Anhui’s development. During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, Anhui will accelerate the deep integration of technological and industrial innovation, build a modern industrial system under the “1188” framework, and continue to foster a first-class business environment that is market‑oriented, law‑based, and internationally competitive, thereby providing ample opportunities for businesses to invest and expand their operations. He urged all parties to conduct thorough assessments and engage in targeted matchmaking, identify promising areas of cooperation, and achieve mutual benefits and win‑win outcomes.
As a representative of the participating companies, Xuan Jingquan, Chairman of Oled, stated that Anhui boasts distinct industrial cluster advantages and a well‑developed innovation ecosystem, with broad prospects for growth. Oled will leverage its own technological strengths to align closely with Anhui’s new‑display industry roadmap, actively explore diverse avenues for collaboration—including materials R&D, production‑line support, and the commercialization of cutting‑edge technologies—strengthen linkages across the upstream and downstream segments of the value chain, and work together to forge a new paradigm of collaborative innovation and coordinated development, thereby contributing to the region’s efforts to upgrade its industrial chains toward greater self‑reliance and controllability.
