　　Chen Ming, a post-85s engineering man, resolutely chose the right path five years ago. Today, we meet this "dedicated, skilled, down-to-earth, and selfless" young man in the production department of Aolide Company, with slightly dark skin and an optimistic, sunny disposition.

　　Choice - Innovate in sunrise industries

　　In June 2011, after graduating with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology, Chen Ming applied to a certain monosodium glutamate factory to work in production. The production process of the factory had been mature for many years. After working for nearly half a year, Chen Ming found that although the salary was good, there was not much room for innovation, which made him somewhat frustrated.

　　In November of the same year, Chen Ming learned from a classmate that Aolide Company was recruiting production R&D personnel in the chemical engineering field. The optoelectronic materials developed and produced by Aolide are mainly used in Mobile phones and televisions, with broad prospects and many opportunities for innovation, which brightened his eyes!

　　"I officially joined the Aolide production department laboratory on December 9, 2011, after resigning," Chen Ming said. From then on, he embarked on a brand new journey: fighting for the revitalization of the national optoelectronic materials industry, working diligently in the laboratory and on the production front with friendly colleagues, constantly experimenting and exploring...

　　Attitude - Abandon impetuosity, pursue excellence

　　Having worked at Aolide for over five years, Chen Ming has grown from an entry-level production worker to the deputy manager of the production department today. When discussing the key factors that have driven his growth, he cites "abandoning impetuosity" and "pursuing excellence" as his answers.

　　Abandoning impetuosity means maintaining a calm and detached professional mindset: adhering to the "original intention", being "heartfelt" in everything, as quiet as a field, and as peaceful as poetry.

　　Pursuing excellence is a technical pursuit of "having advantages over others", meticulously crafted, never giving up, and making every effort, "from 99% to 99.99%", advancing in a roundabout way, tirelessly, and striving to hold on.

　　In January 2012, in Xi'an, the weather was dry and cold. At this time, Chen Ming and another colleague were rushing to produce a batch of material products at a cooperative unit in Xi'an, with the client being a factory in South Korea, which required a high product purity of over 99.9%. Previously, the success rate of such products was low. To successfully complete the task, Chen Ming and his colleague strictly followed the operating procedures and worked "heartfelt" until 2 a.m. before preparing to rest. Since they had to continue working the next morning, the two did not return to the hotel but directly made do with a few wooden boards in a room with a stove next to the factory, laying their work clothes down to sleep... In the end, "heartfelt" work and "persistence" resulted in excellent product quality, earning recognition from the South Korean client!

　　Philosophy - Work is a form of cultivation

　　"I think work is actually a form of cultivation," Chen Ming said. We spend a lot of time working in our lives. When you invest fiery enthusiasm in your work, overcoming obstacles and enduring loneliness, after a period of time, you will be surprised to find that you have grown a lot and reached a higher level!

　　"I have been working hard to cultivate a craftsman spirit," Chen Ming said. To cultivate a craftsman spirit, one must first love their job and be dedicated to doing their daily work well, discovering and exploring in the daily grind, and eventually reaping rewards.

　　"There was once a phosphorescent doped material that had many losses when operated according to the normal purification procedure. One day, with a mindset of trying it out, we collected the lost waste material and purified it again. After testing, we surprisingly obtained qualified products again. Thus, we increased production and reduced costs for the company, and naturally received additional bonuses from the company," Chen Ming said with deep understanding. "The craftsman spirit will lead to a win-win situation for both employees and the company!"

　　Action - Joyful work leads to achievement

　　"Having worked on optoelectronic materials to this day, we have achieved great results, but many good materials are still abroad," Chen Ming admitted that he has a goal: in the coming years, to achieve a material product that is entirely developed and produced by himself and can be sold both domestically and internationally.

　　"Manager Wang Hui once told us, 'Experiments are done through trials, we need to think more and take more action.' Now the company is gradually growing, and the production capacity of our downstream panel manufacturers is also rapidly expanding, with increasing material demand every day. All of this boosts my confidence, and I believe our goals can definitely be achieved, and the future of the company will be even more brilliant!" Chen Ming said that in his upcoming work, he will work with colleagues to focus on "higher product purity", "longer product lifespan on panels", and "more stable products with higher yield" to tackle challenges!

　　Harvest: A sense of happiness and achievement

　　In the five years at Aolide, a sense of happiness and achievement has always accompanied Chen Ming: receiving red envelopes at the company annual meeting, receiving gifts during holidays, the company regularly organizing employee trips, free access to the cafeteria, receiving birthday cards and cakes from the company, being recognized as an outstanding employee twice, promotion, and recognition from leaders and colleagues...
