In the summer of 2013, after graduating from the Applied Chemistry program at Beihua University, Li Jianxing walked into the door of Jilin Aolide Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd. with a bit of sadness from leaving school, and from then on, he embarked on a path of striving to revitalize the national optoelectronic industry.
"When I first graduated and came to the company, I thought I would need an adaptation period, but I didn't expect that after playing a game of basketball with everyone on the first day at noon, the sense of unfamiliarity quickly disappeared." Li Jianxing recalled that through Aolide's "noon basketball culture," he felt the warmth radiated by an inclusive, harmonious, and united collective, which made him, a sports-loving science and engineering man, feel very close.

He has worked for 5 years now, starting as a front-line grassroots employee in the company's production department. From large-scale organic synthesis, small reactions, pilot tests to leading R&D experiments, thinking about experimental ideas, analyzing side reactions, and how to purify products, to optimizing processes and improving production efficiency. With the unique pragmatism of a Capricorn, he has steadily grown into a key business backbone and production team leader, responsible for a small team. This is inseparable from his persistence in sitting through long hours and his day-and-night efforts.
"When we were working on the SK002 product, on one hand, the customer demand was very high, and on the other hand, the process cycle was particularly long, and there were many dangerous factors during production, such as the product being prone to spontaneous combustion. After our team's continuous efforts, we ultimately eliminated safety hazards and significantly shortened the product supply cycle, creating benefits for the company," Li Jianxing said. The path he walks every day is to optimize product production processes and improve product production efficiency. This path is long and thorny. Walking this path is not easy; it requires not only being down-to-earth but also being brave in innovation, overcoming the mountains of multiple experimental failures, and crossing the rivers of pressure, frustration, and disappointment...
Won the company's Quality Champion Award
Strictly adhere to the 5S standards, study diligently, improve details, and continuously strive for product quality enhancement. In 2017, at the company's first QC conference, the team led by Li Jianxing, with full enthusiasm and an optimistic attitude, actively engaged in exploring quality improvement activities, overcoming multiple quality challenges in the on-site environment and process flow, and ultimately won the "Quality Champion Award." In June 2018, Li Jianxing was recognized by the Changchun New Area Federation of Trade Unions as an "Innovative Talent among Employees in Changchun New Area" for his positive role in promoting the localization of OLED materials and breaking the foreign monopoly on key technologies, creating good economic and social benefits for the company.
