Among them, Comrade Cui Jianyong, an equipment engineer at Jilin Aolide Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd., received the "Changchun May Day Labor Medal," adding new honors to the company's glorious group of fighters.

Since joining the company, Cui Jianyong has always fought on the front line of equipment installation maintenance, water and electricity security, and other administrative logistics work. He is serious and responsible in his work, dedicated to his job, and has made positive contributions to the equipment installation and debugging projects in several factory areas with solid professional knowledge and years of accumulated work experience.

In the first half of this year, during the "epidemic prevention and production protection" campaign, Cui Jianyong took on responsibilities, bravely shouldered heavy burdens, and willingly dedicated himself, leading all logistics personnel to silently undertake various logistical support tasks such as material procurement, product transportation, water and electricity security, equipment installation and debugging, safety inspections, meal adjustments, and sanitation disinfection, providing a solid backing for the company's epidemic prevention and control and production guarantee.

1. Full Guarantee of Epidemic Prevention Materials

"Before the troops move, the supplies must be ready," this is the principle that Cui Jianyong has adhered to for nearly ten years in administrative logistics work. The epidemic prevention work in the factory area is a "counter-offensive battle," and it is also a "guarantee battle" that tests the factory's emergency preparedness. In the face of the complex epidemic situation, the company issued a pre-battle mobilization to all employees, calling for "isolation in the factory, treating the factory as home, and ensuring production during the epidemic." The closed management model of the Helong factory area was subsequently launched, and Cui Jianyong led the administrative staff to take the lead in charging forward, entering the closed state ahead of time, and actively planning the logistical support work for the entire factory area. He contacted suppliers through multiple channels to supply materials and raw materials, proactively stocked emergency supplies, organized and classified the storage of materials, enhanced the capacity for material storage, and ensured the material needs of the entire factory. He insisted on strict standards, rigorous processes, and standardized management to ensure the smooth transfer of materials, building a solid firewall against the epidemic. He focused on incoming goods inspection, strictly implementing epidemic prevention measures such as nucleic acid testing, disinfection, and resting.

2. Building a "Safety Wall" for the Company

In the face of the epidemic situation in the province, Cui Jianyong anticipated its development trend in advance and proactively established the Aolide Logistics Support Team, preparing an emergency plan for epidemic prevention in the factory area ahead of time. He insisted on doing a good job in internal epidemic prevention in the factory area, educating and guiding all employees to always stay alert to epidemic prevention, wear masks, wash hands frequently, and disinfect regularly. He organized dedicated personnel to carry out strict disinfection twice a day, especially for public areas such as offices, corridors, and restrooms, ensuring thorough cleaning, disinfection, and ventilation. He actively cooperated with community epidemic prevention work, ensuring daily temperature checks and registration for all employees, and organized everyone to queue orderly within five minutes after receiving the notice for nucleic acid testing. He continuously focused on fire safety within the factory area, urging employees to plug in charging devices such as mobile phones and computers only when in use, and to turn off the power of electric kettles promptly after use.

3. Concern for Three Meals a Day During the Epidemic

How to scientifically and reasonably arrange meals for the factory area during the epidemic, ensuring that frontline personnel have sufficient nutrition during the "epidemic prevention and production protection" period, is also a matter that Cui Jianyong needs to arrange thoughtfully. To ensure meal supply, he led the cafeteria staff to contact suppliers for procurement, strictly ensuring the safety and quality of ingredients.

During the epidemic, the company cafeteria overcame numerous difficulties to improve meal standards, ensuring that the daily three meals had different dishes, with meat, eggs, milk, vegetables, and fruits all provided. In addition, he also worked hard to solve accommodation issues for employees stationed at the factory, contacting suppliers to purchase folding single beds. During the stay in the factory, the main drainage pipe in the factory area was blocked. To ensure the company's normal production, he immediately gathered personnel and led everyone to work overnight until 1 a.m. to repair it.

During Comrade Cui Jianyong's closed stay in the factory for "epidemic prevention and production protection," he led all "logistics personnel" in the company to guard the Aolide home as strongly as a backbone, effectively ensuring the safety of personnel, production, and logistics in the factory area. The company did not delay production for a single day due to the epidemic.
