On the afternoon of July 11, Chen Sheng, the director of the Jilin Provincial Market Supervision Administration, and a group of four people, deeply implemented the spirit of the 12th Party Congress of Jilin Province, and conducted research on intellectual property protection and utilization at Jilin OLED Material Tech Co., Ltd. The company's chairman and general manager, Xuan Jingquan, accompanied Director Chen and his team to visit the company's exhibition hall, sublimation center, quality inspection center, and synthesis workshop, and reported on the company's main business, operating conditions, innovative achievements, and the current status and planning of intellectual property protection.

Xuan Jingquan stated that the company is committed to solving "bottleneck" technologies and promoting "domestic" alternatives, focusing on continuously deepening the OLED industry chain, and adhering to the development path of "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative"; insisting on leading technology with talent, driving the market with technology, bravely breaking through intellectual property barriers, and occupying the peak of technology, especially breaking the foreign technology blockade in the fields of OLED materials and evaporation source equipment, solving key technical problems of "bottleneck" for downstream panels. Currently, the company is accelerating the construction of a "three countries and four regions" research and development layout, speeding up innovation, and has added dozens of new patent authorizations in the first half of the year.
Director Chen listened carefully to Xuan Jingquan's report and praised OLED for winning heavyweight awards such as the China Patent Gold Award and the Geneva Invention Exhibition Gold Award. He emphasized that the key to solving the "bottleneck" problem lies in breaking through intellectual property barriers. As a market entity, enterprises should strengthen the creation of intellectual property, use intellectual property to enhance core competitiveness; improve the effectiveness of intellectual property utilization, and effectively transform intellectual property resources into support for industrial development; enhance awareness of intellectual property protection, strengthen the capacity building for intellectual property protection, and provide guarantees for innovative development.
